Description

remove apc button from modulenavigation, if apc is not even available.

otherwise, pressing the button will always throw an exception "he PHP extension APC (Alternative PHP Cache) is not loaded. You may enable it in "php.ini"!".

modification of modulenavigation display and navigation items processing required.
