die 2nd level menuitems sind oftmals nicht clickable - items prüfen bsp. "redaktion" -> "news"

Der Vorschlag kam ursprünglich von Crease. Das Ticket wird geclosed. Der 2nd Level bei vorhandenem 3th Level bleibt unclickable.

Begründung: Das ist Standardverhalten und wird nicht geändert: Sollte ein Menü einen 3th Level haben, dann ist regelmäßig der 2nd Level nicht clickable und führt nicht zur Verwaltungsseite. Siehe auch: jede Desktopapplikation, bspw. Firefox. Vorschlag daher abgelehnt.
